  4. Add them back in the hot oil in a single layer (you may need to work in batches) and fry on each side.

  6. For the topping. Add butter on a pan on medium heat add onion ginger and black pepper paste and stir. Add in ur minced chicken, seasoning,salt and allow it to cook add in your carrot and keep stirring until all cooked
  7. You can now serve your patacones with your minced chicken as required….. I served mine with veggies/salad (with dressing)
