Instructions to make Pea and Ham Salad:
  1. 2 minutes of boiling water on frozen peas
  2. Mix in spring onions
  3. Mix in beetroot
  4. Yoghurt, horse radish and boiling water for a dressing
  5. Add the dressing and ham. Season.
