  1. Put Vegetable Oil into a clean Roasting Tin and make hot in the oven at Gas Mark 6.Rinse the raw whole chicken in the sink under a cold running tap,rinse the inside as well and then take the Roasting Tin out of the oven and then dunk the top of the chicken into the very hot Vegetable Oil and then rest it - at the bottom of the Roasting Tin on the bottom most part of the raw chicken,add sea salt to the top of the oiled chicken skin and then add black pepper,continue too roast for 2 hours.
  2. Let the cooked roasted chicken rest for 1 day - when cold it will need to be stored in the Fridge.
  3. The shop bought wrap (their are many in One Pack) will need too be microwaved - I think,for 20 seconds each side.
  4. Add the clean and dried Lettuce leaves,then the One side of the seasoned chicken skin and then add half of One whole chicken breast - and then wrap,the wrap and then cut in half.
  5. Serve Salad Cream in a little Pot with a teaspoon - enjoy - with,or without the Salad Cream.
