- In a plate, layer the fried spinach leaves. Add the bread cubes in the center

- Add 1 tbsp each of the chutneys
- Sprinkle some black salt and chat masala
- Add some finely chopped onions
- Add another half TSP of curd on top
- Finally add some more onions and sev and serve it quickly.
