  2. Peel the potatoes cut in half part boil them then add to a roasting dish with Goose fat or veg oil. Cook and turn the potatoes over after 10 minutes. Cook until golden brown and soft inside.

  4. Warm up the butter beans ready.
  5. Add the gravy ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil add the cornflour in cold water to the pan a little at a time until you get the thickness you want your gravy to be.
  6. Slice all the chicken to each serving plate ready for the rest to go on. Add potatoes first as they stay hot longer than the veg does.
