- In pan heat little ghee or oil fry wheat rava for 5-10 min in low flame.after keep it aside
- Then In cooker heat ghee and oil.add mustard urad dal,curry leaves.add onion saute it till golden brown.and then add tomato,salt,carrot,peas,potato.mix it well
- Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder add milk.after add garam masala.allow it for boil.
- Then add water.after add little by little wheat rava one hand and stirring it another hand.cook it for 3-4 whistles.after In pan heat ghee fry almonds and cashew.fry for 3 min.and add it to cooked rava
- After add dry fruit powder and mix it well cook for 5 min.then grease little ghee to bowl and put wheat rava into it.wait for 5 min.spicy yummy little millet Samba wheat rava cake is ready.cut and serve it hot.
