Steps to make Wheat flour and suji cake:
  1. Mix wheat flour and suji. Add baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Grind the sugar well in a mixer. In another bowl take a cup of milk and add butter and grinded sugar. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Now keep on adding above mixture in it and mix thoroughly to form a semisolid paste.
  4. Grease the pan with oil
  5. Pour the batter and keep it for about 20-25 min on low flame in a pan. Your cake is now ready to eat

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add ground almonds and chopped almonds. Whole Wheat Flour - The addition of whole wheat flour (gehun atta) gives this cake a nice structure and crumb. Curd - The thick, plain curd is an essential ingredient for this rava cake. You can use plain, low-fat Greek yogurt as well.
