  1. In a bowl mix together semolina, salt, cardamom powder
  2. And sugar.
  3. Then add in the butter,
  4. Followed by the yoghurt.
  5. And milk. Combine everything well & leave aside for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Lastly add in the pistachios, cherries,
  7. Baking powder, saffron & baking soda.
  8. Mix well and pour into a greased cake tin. (I used a disposable cake tin).
  9. Bake in a microwave oven in the convection mode at 180 degrees C. for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Set aside to cool down.
  11. Garnish with sliced cherries & pistachios. Then cut into desired shapes and enjoy as an after-meal dessert. For more variation, it can be served with a drizzle of some rabri over it.
