  7. Take Pepper

Instructions to make Spinach Cheese Swirls:
  1. While the pastry sheet completely thaws, get your filling together
  2. I chose to gently chop the spinach, garlic and spring onions, and put all the ingredients in a mixer so it took care of the chopping and mixing well in 30seconds
  3. I used frozen spinach, if you use some frozen spinach - make sure you completely squeeze the water out, because that can give you a soggy pastry
  4. Spoon this onto the pastry sheet evenly and roll this into a log
  5. Cut it into 1/2 inch slices and brush them with some egg wash
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C until golden brown
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes and serve!
  8. They smell delicious when they are in the oven, and are just so yummy! :) I added garlic, because I love the smell and taste of garlic with spinach, you can avoid it when you are doing this for a party, because you don't want garlic breath haha :)
