  3. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or until completely hot.  Serve with marshmallows and candy canes.
  4. For a peppermint mocha, pour chocolate over a shot of espresso or half a cup of very strong coffee.
  5. Add milk to crock-pot, and whisk in the dried spices.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, or high for 1-2.  Keep an eye on it.  Don't let the milk boil, because ew!
  7. Pour over hot coffee or espresso.  Garnish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick.
  8. Add the coffee/espresso and milk to the crock-pot.  Whisk in the pumpkin, spices, sugar, and vanilla.
  9. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.  Whisk again.  Ladle into mugs, and garnish with whipped cream and additional cinnamon.
  10. Put everything into your crock-pot. Float the cinnamon sticks, cardamon pods, and tea bags on top.
  11. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, or until heated through.
  12. Press the tea bags against the side of the crock pot with a spoon get out that last bit of tea, and ladle into mugs.
  13. Throw it all in the crock-pot and mix it well.
  14. Cook on low for 4 hours.  Ladle into mugs.
