- Get 600-800 gms Chicken
- Get 100 gms small & 2 big onion sliced
- Take 1 green chilli
- Get 1-2 tomato puree
- Get 1 tbsp red chilli powder

- Prepare 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Get 2 tsp cumin powder
- Get 1 tbsp curd, 1/2 lemon
- Get leaves Coriander, mint
- Make ready 1 long cinnamon stick (broken),2 cardamon,2cloves
- Get 100 gms ginger garlic paste
- Get to taste Salt
- Get 1 pack Achi chicken masala
- Take 200 gms meal maker

Instructions to make Chicken and Meal maker maker Curry:
- Add Oil to a pan once hot add in cinnamon, cardamon,cloves..
- Add both Onions,1 green chilli, and stir fry for a few mins. Add in tomato puree along with ginger garlic pasteπ π
- Add all powders and stir until oil separates.
- Now add salt, chicken,lemon,curd,coriander and mint leaves. This helps chicken to stay soft.. stir for a few mins.
- Now boil meal maker in a different pan with water for 3 mins.. once done drain it's water and add to the curry.
- Add 1/2 cup of water to the curry and cover it with the lid for few mins.. or put the pressure lid on up to 2 whilste.
- Top with coriander leaves and serve hot.
