- Prepare 5 cloves / lavang
- Take 1/2 tsp pepper

- Get 4 cardamom / elachi
- Get 1 onion, finely chopped

- Make ready 1 1/2 cup basmati rice, soaked
- Take ¾ tsp salt
- Get 3 tbsp fried onions / barista
- Prepare 1/2 tsp biryani masala powder
- Make ready as required Food colour orange and green
- Prepare As required Kewda water
- Get 3 tbsp coriander & mint, chopped

- furthermore, pour 2¼ cup of water from sides.

- cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.

- Whem pressure release add the food colour orange and green with kewda wateramd cover it and keep aside for 2-3 minutes.
