- Pour part of the mixture and cook at medium heat
- Once you notice the top layer is 'thickening' get a large round plate to help turn
- You turn by placing the plate on top of the pan, turn the pan upside down return the pan to the firesource and slide the half-cooked Omelette onto the pan to cook the underside
