The ingredients needed to make Spanish Omelette/Tortilla De Patata:
  1. Prepare 5-6 Eggs large
  2. Take 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  3. Get 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  4. Make ready 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  5. Take 3-4 medium sized Potatoes
  6. Make ready 1 Onion thinly sliced
  7. Get 1/4 cup Oil
  8. Get 1/2 cup Amul Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Blend
Instructions to make Spanish Omelette/Tortilla De Patata:
  1. In a non-stick pan heat Oil and add sliced Onion. Saute on a low heat. Also add thinly sliced Potatoes. Cover and cook until done. Potatoes should be soft.
  2. Take it off the heat and let it cool down. In a bowl, whisk Eggs with Salt and Pepper. Also stir in chopped Coriander Leaves. Add the cooled Potato and Onion mix to the beaten Eggs. Mix well.
  3. Add half of the mix on the pan. Top with Amul Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Blend. Pour the remaining Potato and Onion mix on it. Cover and cook until done preferably for 5-6 minutes. Flip over and cook on the other side too with a lid on.
  4. Serve this hot to relish it's awesome flavour and texture. Enjoy!
