The ingredients needed to make Suji cake on tawa:
  1. Prepare 1 cup suji/ rava
  2. Make ready 1 cup fresh curd
  3. Take 1 cup sugar powder
  4. Get 1/2 cup ghee/ butter/ any vegetable oil
  5. Take 1/2 cup milk if required
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  7. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  8. Take as required Tooty frooty/ choco chip
  9. Make ready as required Vanilla essence/Elaichi powder

Now, what makes this recipe so special is that. Combine sifted flour with ground almonds and candied melon and stir into the suji mixture until well blended. Sieve suji, baking powder, baking soda into the mixing bowl. Add curd, cream, sugar and vanilla essence to it and mix well.

Instructions to make Suji cake on tawa:
  1. Take a mixing bowl & add in curd & sugar powder & oil & mix it.
  2. After mix this wet ingredients then add into rava/suji and make a smooth better if better is thick then add into some milk and make a smooth better rest this mixture for 15 min to set.
  3. Otherside take a tawa on high flame & heat it for 8 to 10 min when tawa is heat properly.
  4. Then a take sauce pan or any heavy base utensil which is perfect for making a cake grease it with oil or butter.
  5. Take cake mixture after 15 min that is perfectly set for cake if better is thick so add some milk for smoothing the better.
  6. Add into baking soda & baking powder & choco chip/ tooty frooty, vanilla essence and tranfer into saucepan and cover with lid and took on tawa. Now do flame low and bake it at least 30 min.
  7. After 30 min check cake with knife. If your knife will clean then your cake is ready.if not so you can leave on tawa at least 10 min more.
  8. Your cake will bake depends on your utensils…
