Instructions to make Cake:
- Take a mixing bowl take semolina and add milk and mix it with a spoon or spatula and rest it for 30 minutes.
- Take another bowl add maida or all purpose flour and baking powder and soda in it and mix well and add ghee and buttermilk (add lemon in a cup of milk your buttermilk is ready), Add these mixture in semolina bowl and stir until the consistency of batter becomes thin.
- Grease a non stick pan with ghee or oil and put a butter paper at the base and pour the batter in it
- Take the non-stick pan and lit the gas stove and keep the pan on low flame.
- Cover the pan and bake with the lid closed properly so that vapour can't escape.
- Remove the non stick pan from the flame and let it cool. apply jam or jelly with a knife on the top and decorate it with almond as shown in the figure and enjoy.
