Add milk at room temperature and mix. Lately I had this intense craving to create the perfect rava laddu! Unfortunately, the many ladies in my family who are all experts in making it were of little help to me as they all make these laddus by. Rava Kesari using milk aka Paal kesari ( in Tamil) is the one which i was struggling for years to make it perfect.

Steps to make Salad rava rolls:
  1. In a large mixing bowl add all vegetables and mix well.
  2. Now add salt, lemon juice and and sugar in it and mix well. Add rava in it and knead it like a stiff dough. Keep aside.
  3. After 15 minutes knead it again if it is too sticky add some rava again and knead well.
  4. Make small rolls of this dough. Make all rolls and cover these rolls into rava and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these rolls until gets golden brown colour. Healthy salad rolls is ready to serve. Serve hot with chutney.
