Steps to make Sprout Salad:
- Take 1 cup of Moong, Now wash in water for 3-4 times. Soak it for 7-8 hour.
- Drain water, and keep into box or jar, cover it and keep it in warm place. Sprinkle some water to keep them moist. Our sprout is ready.
- Take sprout in a big bowl, add capsicum, beetroot, and spring onion. Mix it well.
- Now add red chilli, chat masala, cumin powder, black salt, salt and tomato. Mix it well.
- Now add lemon juice. Mix well our healthy sprout salad is ready to serve.
