  1. Measure, cut and prepare all your ingredients. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Add the mashed potatoes to a bowl, add along flour, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to form a dough.
  2. In a pan add oil and heat, add the onions and fry till translucent, now add the garlic and stir until fragrant.
  3. Next add the mushrooms, peas, lemon juice, salt and red chilli flakes. Mix and combine well. Turn off the flame and then add the bean sprouts. Mix well.
  4. Take out the mixture into a wide bowl and allow to cool, then add the chopped parsley and tss it well.
