  1. In a non stick pan take the milk and boil it.
  2. Meanwhile peel and grate the carrots. Break/cut the cashews into big pieces and keep it aside.
  3. Once the milk is boiled add the grated carrots in the milk and boil the mixture.
  4. Once the mixture comes to boil turn down the flame to slow and let it simmer until the milk has almost reduced from the mixtue (keep stirring in between).
  5. After the mixture has reduced and thickened add sugar into it and stir it well.
  6. After 2 to 5 minutes add ghee and cashews in the mixture and keep stirring it on medium flame until the ghee is separated from the mixture.
  7. Turn off the gas and add cardamom powder into it and mix it well.
